Paint Splatter 2
British Dental Association - 1965 green
In 1965 Association ties displaying multiple Association crests -maroon (XXXXXX– condition, XXXX) and blue (19833.5 – condition, new) were made available to members, again, for a minimum donation of one guinea to the Association Benevolent Fund. The blue version of this tie was available to all members. The red version was available only to members who donated a guinea and signed a covenant in favour of the Fund, or pledged an annual donation. Bow tie versions of these ties, including tied, clip-on versions, were available in maroon -covenant signatories and annual donors only (19942.2 – condition, good) and blue – all members (19942.1 – condition, good; tied 4362 – condition, good) but on application only. The green, narrower version of the multi-crest tie (21607 – condition, well worn) was introduced some years later.
