Cardiff Dental Hospital
Cardiff Dental Hospital dates back to before 1992 when the University Dental Hospital was a separate NHS Trust, prior to its merger with Cardiff and Vale University Hospital Board. Cardiff Dental Hospital, now forming part of the University of Wales School of Dentistry, is the only dental hospital and school in Wales. It provides national leadership in dental education, oral and dental research and patient care. The hospital and associated dental school, located in Cardiff University's Heath park Campus, was opened by HRH The Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh in 1966.
