Ukrainian ‘DentArt’ Magazine “ Cello with teeth” tie. This handmade, hand-painted tie (22097.4 – condition, new), produced specifically for the purpose of a donation to the British Dental Association Dental Necktie Archive, is a replica of a limited edition (n=15) tie featuring the “Toothy Cello” adopted by the Ukrainian dental magazine ‘DentArt’ as its emblem. The 15 original ties are owned by a number of eminent dentists in Ukraine and Professors Jean-Francois Roulet and Mark Woolford who have been Visiting Professors in Ukraine. Th original tie, conceived by Oleg Perepelitsa and produced and painted by Svitlana Prouty- Lysiak – see above, were commissioned by Professor Serhij Radlinsky, Editor-in-Chief of ‘DentArt’.
